Every intervention begins with atechnical analysis of the filter, which involves measuring the weight and breathability. The component is then subjected to cooking in a state-of-the-art, zero-emission oven, according to the cycles provided by the manufacturer, for a total duration of approximately 12 hours. Subsequently, the filter is treated with a Rigensuper pressurized cleaning system for the removal of residual ash and finally tested by detecting the back pressure.

The Rigensuper service includes collection and delivery of the regenerated filter within 36/48 hours. Upon return, the FAP filters are covered by 12-month or 40,000 km warranty, with certified compression values of 50 mBar cold and an air flow rate of 1000 m³/hour.
